This bbq sauce is just sensational.
It's got a really nice sweet smokey flavour and then you get a little heat from the Cayenne chillies and the carolina reaper.
It's not a crazy hot one but the small amount of reaper added to the mix is definitely noticeable at the end.
Works wonders over ribs or wings.
Perfect as a dip for chips or wedges.
To be honest I think it would work on absolutely anything.
Ingredients.
