  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. This is not a confirmation of dispatch.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to external factors such as courier delays or weather conditions.

  • Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns if the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned goods.
